By creating an account you agree to these terms. Famenza is a tool to help your family organize its schedule; you're responsible for the content you add and for reviewing any suggestions before you approve them.

Keep your login secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create a family account.

Don't use Famenza to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. Don't forward others' email or upload others' personal information without a lawful basis to do so.

Famenza's assistant can make mistakes. Suggestions are proposals you review and approve — always double-check important dates, times, and details. Famenza is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

We work to keep Famenza reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties, and may update or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes when we can.

You can stop using Famenza and delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion removes your family-scoped data as described in our Privacy Policy.
